Day 01 / Arrival Kolkata
Arrive kolkata, meet assist at the airport & transfer to hotel. Night stay in kolkata.
Kolkata,the city of Joy, in the state of West Bengal often known as India’s 300 years old cultural capital. It was here that in 1690 an agent of the London based East India Company Job Charnock, received permission to set up a factory in a village named Sutanuti, and that triggered the start of the British Imperial colonization of the Indian subcontinent

Day 02 / Kolkata
After leisurely breakfast enjoy the city tour of Kolkata - Birla Planetarium, Victoria Memorial and drive past the Fort Williams, the Howrah Bridge, the Secretariat Building and the Old Court House Street. Night stay in Kolkata.

Day 03 / Kolkata – Sunderbans Jungle Camp
Morning transfer to Sonakhali Jetty through beautiful countryside’s, rural bazaar with stopovers at local Fishermen’s village. Arrive Sonakhali and embark motorized boat. Briefing and interpretation by our local guide com naturalist – followed by 2 hours spectacular cruise through river Hogol, Gomor, Drugaduani and Gumdi. Optional stopover at Gosaba – one of the human settlements of Sunderbans to visit the house of Sir Danniel Hamilton – a Scottish banker who initiated the first co-operative movement of India here. Arrive Bali Island and check into Sunderbans Jungle Camp. Lunch at the Camp and followed by 3 hours birding and game cruise to Sudhanyakhali watch tower through creeks and canals. Return to Camp by evening. Night stay at the Camp.

Day 04 / Sunderbans Jungle Camp
Morning after breakfast spend full day on cruise and birding tour to Netidhopani watch tower (subject to weather permitting the same) including Crab catching and fishing expeditions from the fragile country boats. Evening return to Camp and experience the local rural theatre performed by the villagers. The theatre tells interesting story about the Tiger Lord, Forest God and Goddess, fishermen and honey collectors with lot of songs and dance. Night stay at the Camp.

Day 05 / Sunderbans Jungle Camp
After breakfast proceed for a guided village walk in which participants are encouraged to have a close interaction and interesting encounters with the local villagers and their lifestyle. Local craft and cuisines indigenous farming and household equipments used by the villagers. Followed by a guided adventure cruise by manually oared country boat and a short cruise to Do Banki watch towre to enjoy a small canopy walk. Evening at leisure. Night stay at the Camp.

Day06 / Sunderbans Jungle Camp - Kolkata
Morning proceed to Sonakhali by boat – arrive and transfer Kolkata and check-in to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay in Kolkata.

Day 07 / Kolkata - Departure
Transfer to airport to board the onward flight.
